The TSA & CBP are proposing new rules for submitting AMS shipment information for the Automated Targeting System. Current rules require submitting data 4 hours prior to flight arrival. New proposals include 4-6 hours before departure for the AMS filing or if not ready, a new filing to include just house bill information. What are your thoughts? Will this create a hardship for your company and can you meet the proposed new requirements?
